The PM Imran Khan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry, and others filed a petition at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) asking to be included on the ECL.
Islamabad high court will hear the petition on Monday. A petitioner asked the high court to investigate Imran Khan’s allegations regarding the US conspiring against the Pakistani government.
In the petition against Imran Khan, Pakistan Govt claimed that its unity, sovereignty, and security had been compromised. Additionally, the court was asked to investigate the attempts to harm Pakistan’s image by cutting off ties with the United States (US). It requested a trial under the High Treason Act.

Moreover, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan claimed on March 27 that the opposition was involved in a “foreign-funded conspiracy” against him over his refusal to allow Pakistan’s foreign policy to be dictated by the outside world.
The revelations were made at his party’s power show Amr Bil Maroof. It took place at Parade Ground in Islamabad on Saturday.

The petitioner requested the court investigate attempts to damage Pakistan’s image by ending ties with the United States and examining Imran Khan’s allegations about the US’ conspiracy against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.
