Sarah Qureshi invented aerospace and she is CEO of Aero Engine Craft.
Sarah Qureshi is the CEO of Aero Engine Craft, and she is Pakistani aerospace engineer. She designed an eco-friendly engine. However, it is currently in development, is considered a pioneering woman in Pakistan. Sarah develops the first contrail-free aircraft engine to reduce global warming from aviation and make air travel sustainable. She is a Pakistani scientist with flight experience. And wants to save the planet by transforming the aviation industry.
Aviation enthusiast to aerospace engineer by Sarah Qureshi.
In addition, she belongs to a scientist and engineers’ family. So, aviation become her passion since childhood. Further, she had life goals firmly in Islamabad and graduated from the Department of Electro-Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Science and Technology (NUS). She had done her master’s in aerospace mechanics. She had done PhDs in Aerospace Propulsion from Cranfield University, UK. It is known as the European University with its airport and aircraft. She has worked in the manufacturing and automotive industry in Pakistan. Additionally, she runs flying programs and classes for kids to instils a love of flying in young people.
How does an aircraft engine work without a contrail?
she believes her invention can reduce the impact of aircraft pollution caused by contrails. We are unaware. It remains neglected, but contrails contribute more to atmospheric warming than total carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted by aircraft. Therefore, the scientific community estimates the contrail contribution is five times that of CO2.Dr Sarah Qureshi contrail fewer engines to help combat potential impacts and make air travel more sustainable. She said the technology doesn’t impact aerial vehicles (UAVs). Furthermore, she says, the drones have smaller engines and shorter flight times and fly at lower altitudes.
Invention revolutionizes Aviation Industry in Pakistan.
If we manufacture locally and are self-sufficient in this technology, we can develop aircraft engines in Pakistan. Governments should encourage public-private partnerships to make efficient and optimal use of already available resources and expertise.
Pakistan launches aerospace company.
She returned to Pakistan in 2018 to sell a private commercial aerospace company in Pakistan. Hence, Masood Latif decided to co-find with Sarah Qureshi in her engine craft. Sarah Qureshi developed a technical model and simulated engine design in Pakistan. At the same time, His father was the inventor of this engine. She is working with him to bring this patented technology to commercial in the aviation industry.
