Saraf Ranga Jeep Rally
Saraf Ranga cold desert is located in Baltistan Gilgit. It covers an elevation of 7,500 feet, is the highest cold desert in the world. The first ever rally was organized by the government of Gilgit-Baltistan on 20th August, previously this rally had been organizing at the Katpana Cold Desert in Skardu city. The Gilgit Baltistan administration is taking the lead in putting various events, like this Jeep rally, together. Over 100 off-road jeeps and motorcycles reportedly took part in the freezing desert jeep event. The rally features prominent local and national auto racers. Participants in the event might also be vehicle, jeep, and motorcycle racers. Prior to the rally, local drivers may sign up for the race. However, the challenging tracks are still the massive attraction of the Saraf Ranga Desert Rally.
Thar-Parkar Jeep Rally
Thar ice age Desert is located in Thar Parkar. It covers an area of 200,000 km 2 (77,000 sq mi) in India and Pakistan. Thar Desert Jeep rally organized by Sindh Sports department at Thar Parkar. The upcoming Thar Rally will take place from January 5 to 8 and will feature 80 racers. Whereas women racers will also be participating in the rally. Sindh Motorsports has decided to spend the earnings of the race on flood victims. Hence the rally announced by General Secretary Sindh Motorsports Noman Khan. This race can help 50 million flood victims. Winners, runners-up and other racers will also donate 50 per cent of their prize money to flood victims. Sahibzada Sultan won the title of the Thar Rally. Moreover, Shiraz Qureshi secured second place. Shehryar Khan got third position in the rally competition.
