The passengers tell the worker, “We were trap on that plane for 7 hours in 70-80 plus heat. “It was hot, and hard to breathe.”
“They were headed to Rome on an overnight flight on July 3rd when shortly after seated in plane, things also started to go wrong”. “The air conditioning wasn’t working.”
She says she watched elderly people sweat, a baby crying, and a young girl almost passed out.

Policy Requires Food and Water

The US Department of Transportation mandates airlines provide food and water to passengers within two hours of a tarmac delay.
