TikToker Dolly, whose real name is Nosheen Syed, has been found involved in tax evasion. The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has taken swift action, freezing her bank account due to her failure to settle the hefty tax debt of 16 million rupees.
Famous TikToker Dolly, also known as Nosheen Saeed, has been found guilty of not paying Pkr 16 million in taxes, according to a report.
The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has taken action by attaching Dolly’s bank accounts, successfully recovering Rs4.4 million in unpaid taxes. The PRA is now considering whether to seize Dolly’s properties to cover the remaining tax debt.
A spokesperson for the PRA revealed that Nosheen Saeed operates a beauty salon in Gulberg. But has not been contributing taxes to the provincial fund. Despite receiving notices, the TikToker failed to submit the required taxes to the PRA.
After repeated attempts to contact the social media star, PRA Commissioner Misbah Nawaz has ordered the collection of the outstanding taxes from Dolly.
Always In the Controversy
Last year, Dolly gained notoriety when a controversial video of hers went viral on social media. The video depicted two individuals starting a fire in Margalla Hills to create a dramatic effect for their TikTok video.
The Islamabad Police filed a case against Dolly for causing fires in the Margalla forest based on a complaint from the Capital Development Authority (CDA), citing violations of wildlife and environmental protection laws. This action was prompted by a video of Dolly posing in front of the burning forest that had circulated widely.

Dolly vehemently denied the allegations, asserting that she had no involvement in the forest fires. In a video posted on her official Instagram account. She expressed disappointment in social media for spreading the video without verifying the facts, causing problems for celebrities.
Dolly urged viewers to investigate her travel history, stating that she hadn’t been to National Park Kohsar in years. She clarified that the video captured her on the motorway, returning from Haripur after a makeup class, and she stopped to film the scene for TikTok.
Subsequently, Dolly shared another video, apparently taken on the same day as the controversial TikTok video, showing her standing near burning bushes with a man beside her.
