The complaint was made by his third wife at the North Nazimabad police station a day ago. She shared her difficult experience on social media, accusing her husband of mistreating her.
KARACHI – Ashfaque Ishaq Satti, is a prominent TV host associated with a private news channel. He has been booked for assaulting his wife, Nomaika Ashfaque Satti, in Karachi. The case was registered at the North Nazimabad police station following a complaint filed by his third wife. She took to social media to share her harrowing experience of domestic violence.
The complaint alleged that the ARY TV host physically assaulted Nomaik. He also prompted the police to register the case under sections 337-A, 506, and 324.
In a Facebook post that has gained traction on social media. Nomaika detailed the incident, revealing photos of injuries sustained during the alleged assault. She narrated her ordeal, stating, “I’ve been beaten almost to death by my own husband Ashfaque Ishaque Satti who picked me up from my mother’s house, and later assaulted me like an animal.”
Nomaika accused the police of initially resisting the registration of the case. She also cites pressure from her husband and his influence in the media. Despite the FIR being lodged, she claimed that no action had been taken against Ashfaque Ishaq Satti, urging the public for support and justice. He also took her 1.5-year-old son from her.
“I need your support and your help,” she pleaded, emphasizing that no one deserves to endure such brutality.
