
The brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have actively joined hands with security forces in the fight against terrorism. In recent days, they have successfully pushed back the terrorist group Fitna Al-Khawarij and protected their communities.
Terrorists tried to enter border villages in Dera Ismail Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan, but local villagers acted quickly and forced them to flee. Their strong and immediate response played a key role in defeating the attackers.
Elders of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Held Meeting
On April 13, village elders held a large meeting and firmly declared that they would not allow any terrorist to enter their areas. Their decision showed unity and a clear stand against terrorism.
In the Bachkan Ahmadzai area of Lakki Marwat, the police, security forces, and the Village Defence Committee carried out a joint operation. They stopped the terrorists from entering and killed three members of Fitna Al-Khawarij.
On the same day, in the Toi Khullah area of South Waziristan, terrorists attacked homes of police officers and tried to kidnap them. However, local residents and police responded fiercely and killed three attackers. Security forces later arrived and took the bodies of the terrorists.
Defence experts praised the strong bond between the people and the security forces. They said this unity has become a powerful shield against terrorism and a major step toward peace.
They also noted that the people’s courage and sacrifices have inspired the Pakistan Army, which has already given countless sacrifices in this war.

Additionally, by fighting side by side, the people and security forces have sent a clear message to Fitna Al-Khawarij: the citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will not let terrorists win. Together, they stand strong and determined to bring peace and defeat terrorism completely. This united strength continues to light the path toward a safer and stronger Pakistan.
