All the hospitals are filled with patients. An emergency is imposed in the province and every person needs to be seen immediately. Authorities along with army troops are helping people with moving and rescue process.
In a careful estimate, at least 8000 to 9000 people can be relocated after the destruction by rain and floods. It will be a real toll on the government and NGOs. Province has not recovered from the last year flood, so this year a new wave of rain and winds came to create more chaos.
