The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has announced its 2025 headliners: Lady Gaga, Green Day, and Post Malone. The festival will take place on two weekends, April 11-13 and April 18-20, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has revealed its star-studded 2025 lineup, with Lady Gaga, Green Day, and Post Malone leading the charge. This iconic event, set for April 11–13 and April 18–20 at California’s Empire Polo Club, promises a blend of musical legends and rising stars.
Green Day, marking their Coachella debut, will headline on Saturday nights. Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong expressed his excitement, saying, “Rock’n’roll is forever, and its spirit is needed now more than ever. Coachella, let’s have the time of our lives.” Post Malone, a festival veteran but first-time headliner, will close the Sundays. Lady Gaga, who last headlined in 2017, will open on Fridays.
Other Special Appearences
The festival also welcomes Travis Scott for a special Saturday night performance, four years after his planned 2020 headlining slot was canceled due to the pandemic. Other highlights include Missy Elliott, Charli XCX, Megan Thee Stallion, and Jennie and Lisa from Blackpink, who are performing solo for the first time at Coachella.
Fans can also look forward to global talent, including South African star Tyla, Brazil’s Anitta, and electronic pioneer Kraftwerk. Unique additions include Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Philharmonic, infusing classical elements into the lineup.
Coachella’s vibrant mix of genres continues with acts like Zedd, FKA Twigs, Japanese Breakfast, and The Original Misfits, along with electronic powerhouses like Dixon and Boris Brejcha.
Coachella tickets will go on presale on Friday, November 22, at 11:00 a.m. PT (Saturday, November 23, at 3:00 a.m. PHST). Past attendees will have access to early ticket sales starting Thursday, November 21, at 11:00 a.m. PT. Fans can register for presale access through the official Coachella website.
Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat, and Tyler, the Creator headlined last year’s festival. It also featured a special reunion performance from No Doubt.
Taylor Swift was also an overwhelming presence at the grounds flanked by the San Jacinto Mountains in 2024 — although as a spectator, not a performer.
