Habib Bank Limited announced (HBL) on Thursday September 15, 2022 to raise retirement age till 65 yrs. It will be effective from September 1, 2022 onwards. HBL decided to imply the new law on entire management of bank staff so that they could be able to continue a monetary upkeep to their families in today’s locally and globally economic calamity.
Muhammad Aurangzeb, President and CEO – HBL said while commenting on the initiative:
“With effect from 1 September 2022, the bank will retain all its management staff till the age of 65 years,”

The decision would allow senior staff members to additional utilize their expertise and knowledge and pass on to young staff members.
