In a historic achievement, Pakistan’s blind cricket team claimed their first-ever Blind T20 World Cup title with a resounding 10-wicket victory over Bangladesh in the final at Multan Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
Bangladesh batted first and managed to score 139 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Arif Hussain was their top performer, scoring 54 runs. Pakistan’s bowlers dominated the innings, with Babar Ali taking three key wickets, while Matiullah and Mohammad Salman each grabbed one.
