Alkhidmat Foundation took the biggest IT aptitude test in Karachi. Bano Qabil is an IT skill program. Alkhidmat Foundation initiated the program whereas Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) announced its launch. Alkhidmat is a welfare wing of the National Political party Jamaat-e-Islami. Recently, it offered huge skill-based IT programs for anyone who was willing to learn. Another PIA flight steward slipped away in Canada

Another PIA flight steward ran away from the airline in Canada recently. Pakistan International Airlines is one of the worst-performing authorities by the government. This is not the first time an Airline steward/host slipped away from the International Airline. This time it was Mr. Ejaz Ali Shah who was on board flight PK-781. The flight traveled to Canada from Islamabad. The steward was bound to return to the country on flight PK-782 on 16 October. Punjab Government raised Murree to the status of district

Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi on Friday gave in-principal approval to update the status of five tehsils into district including Murree. Following the instruction of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, the chief minister approved making: Taunsa SharifMurreeWazirabadTalagangKot Addu The senior member of the Rawalpindi Board of Revenue issued the notification for the formation of new districts. Liaquat Ali Khan was the first Prime Minister of Pakistan. On October 16, 1951, Pakistan’s 1st PM Liaquat Ali Khan was assassinated in Rawalpindi's Company Bagh. His killer assassinated him during a public assembly of the Muslim City League. on October 25, only 10 days after Khan’s assassination, the authorities set up a commission to investigate the murder. The court declared Federal Court Judge Justice Muhammad Munir as the head of the commission along with Punjab Finance Commissioner Akhtar Hussain.
