Qatar shows interest to host the 2036 Olympics after FIFA World Cup success

According to sources, Qatar is committed to hosting the 2036 Summer Olympic Games in Doha. The current FIFA World Cup's success has given the Qataris more confidence and strengthened their determination to host the Olympics. The International Olympic Committee has not specified a deadline for when it intends to award the 2036 sports extravaganza. If Qatar hosts the 2036 Olympics, it will become the first Muslim nation to host the Olympics. The Olympic administration does not consider Qatar due in part to worries about the summer temperatures in the desert state.
